Return policy for the online store "Kartelian".

We want to make sure that your shopping experience at Kartelian is pleasant and satisfying. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem with a product, we are happy to offer you our return policy.

1. right of withdrawal and return period:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

2. conditions for the return:

    The goods must be in unused and undamaged condition.
    The original packaging and all accessories should be present.

3. return shipping costs:

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or are defective.

4. refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will refund the purchase price and, if applicable, the standard shipping charges (excluding any additional charges resulting from a different shipping method you have chosen). Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used to place the original order. In order to simplify the process, please use our Return Center.

5. Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
